- Items with original tags attached
- Products in original packaging
- Purchases accompanied by receipt

- Pack items securely with original documents
- Affix prepaid return label (U.S. orders)
- Drop at any UPS Access Point location

- Processed within 7-10 business days
- Original payment method credited
- $7.95 return processing fee
- Free returns for defective items
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Final sale merchandise
- Used or damaged products
- Items without proof of purchase
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos/video evidence
- We’ll email a free return label
- Choose replacement or refund
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- May incur customs fees
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
