We accept returns within 60 days of purchase for:

  • Unworn, unaltered merchandise
  • Items with original tags attached
  • Products in original packaging
  • Purchases accompanied by receipt

  1. Complete the online return form
  2. Pack items securely with original documents
  3. Affix prepaid return label (U.S. orders)
  4. Drop at any UPS Access Point location

REFUND PROCESS

  • Processed within 7-10 business days
  • Original payment method credited
  • $7.95 return processing fee
  • Free returns for defective items

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale merchandise
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without proof of purchase

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For quality issues:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos/video evidence
  3. We’ll email a free return label
  4. Choose replacement or refund

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • May incur customs fees
  • Refund excludes original shipping costs
  • Processing may take 14 business days
